Our combined passion, coupled with our many years of experience, gives us a unique perspective on these two creative branches. The name NineteenEightyTwo is derived from our birth year. We host various photographic exhibitions during the year to showcase the best of the best of our portfolio. We would like to wish all our clients and followers an amazing and blessed We had a great holiday time away with our family and friends and we are now ready to kick off Aryn and Bradley got married and we had the oppertunity to share in their special day. We had some challenges with the weather, but nothing we couldnt overcome. We were scheduled for an outdoor shoot but the Cape town rain stopped us in our tracks. We put our creativity to work and set up the entire shoot in studio. We were lucky enough to have photographed the engagement of Deidre & Rueben. We went out to make sure we get the best of the Winter wonderland lights. This time of year, Gordon's bay transforms into a magical little town. We had classic glamour props and styling to create romantic images.We also chose a living doll theme to set up high contrast and colourfull images with an edge. Special thanx to Nicki, and Veronica our SUPERSTARS. and our lighting guy Werner. It took us a little while but we've finally got a working site with a showcase that we're proud of. On another note, this blog will function to keep you up to date with the latest news and happenings of NineteenEightyTwo, and inform you of new photo shoots and designs we've done, personal or work-related. As it is, there are a couple of exciting developments coming up in the next few weeks that includes a fashion photo shoot and some conceptual photography for an exhibition that dues to take place late in July. It will comprise of a combinatino of paintings, photos and music that's got us nervous and excited at the same time! so much beauty. so little time to document it all.
