The small hamlet of Gordon’s Bay is the only town in South Africa with 2 fully functional harbours. Gordon’s Bay is the smallest of three towns in the Helderberg region, so named after the Helderberg Mountain which is part of the Hottentots-Holland Mountains which dwarf the locality on two sides. Gordon’s Bay is, located on the western side of False Bay. The Steenbras Dam, Cape Town’s primary supply of drinking water, is located on the mountain above the town. Gordon’s Bay and Harbour Island is the most central destination in Cape Town and surrounds. You can visit the most beautiful Tourist Attractions within an hour’s drive from Gordon’s Bay. The Board Walk Accommodation is located in Harbour Island, Gordon’s Bay surrounded by the majestic Hottentot’s Holland mountains which extends it’s magnificence around this unspoilt strip of Cape coastline. All apartments have private balconies and fully-equipped kitchens in which you can cook your own catch-of-the-day. For the more energetic there are yacht charters, deep-sea fishing charters and nearby golf courses at your disposal. The Boardwalk is just 35 minutes from Cape Town for your Mediterranean escape where you can visit the V&A Waterfront, Camps Bay, Hout Bay and various other Tourist Attractions. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the lounge. We have 1 three bedroom apartment which is a duplex. Gordon’s Bay and the surrounding Winelands, Overberg and Peninsula are a treasure trove of Tourist Attractions with activities, sight-seeing spots and day trips to plan your perfect holiday.
